FEASIBILITY STUDIES

A project needs to be properly analyzed to ensure profitability. Wright Development Group assembles initial feasibility studies and budgets, determining the best course of action. We and our development partners coordinate and analyze the necessary data, including traffic studies, soil testing, and market statistics.

SITE SELECTION and ZONING

Each site provides unique sets of circumstances and challenges. Wright Development Group assists with proper site selection in order to overcome common, troublesome problems such as remediation, wetland protection and traffic pattern concerns to name a few. We can also manage the re-zoning process, working with associated government agencies.

DESIGN INTEGRATION

Standard designs sometimes need custom fits. Municipalities may require certain aspects amended to fit zoning changes or Tax Increment Financing (TIF) fund requirements. You have a budget and any changes must be made with respect to that budget. Wright Development Group will work on the design, or with your design team, to ensure the most cost efficient means and methods are employed.
